Stonington Housing Authority

The Stonington Housing Authority is a 60 one-bedroom residential elderly and young disabled housing site located at 45 Sisk Drive in Pawcatuck, CT.   Known as the Edythe K. Richmond Homes, it encompasses 8+ acres on a property donated to the SHA by the Richmond family.  The original 50 residences were constructed in 1980 with an additional 10 residences added in 1990  for  a total of 16 buildings.  The SHA has an on-site community room and administrative office.  

Maximum Income Limits are:

1 Person  $47,600.

2 Persons $54,400.
