Stonington Housing Authority

The Stonington Housing Authority is a 60 one-bedroom residential elderly and young disabled housing site located at 45 Sisk Drive in Pawcatuck, CT.   Known as the Edythe K. Richmond Homes, it encompasses 8+ acres on a property donated to the SHA by the Richmond family.  The original 50 residences were constructed in 1980 with an additional 10 residences added in 1990  for  a total of 16 buildings.  The SHA has an on-site community room and administrative office.

The Stonington Housing Authority is not taking applications for housing at this time.  The waiting list is closed until further notice.  All income qualified applicants are selected after a lottery drawing.


Maximum Income Limits are:

1 Person  $47,600.

2 Persons $54,400.
